Our methodology is based on classic techniques in the area of ethnography, anthropology. and psychology, which we have adapted for marketing and business needs.

We do not rely on consumers’ statements taken out of context;
we investigate their actual behavior, paying particular attention to
what motivates their beliefs, attitudes, and emotions.

We realize that traditional research often falls short of its goals.
In our opinion ethnography is the only really effective method of conducting marketing research,
mainly because when conducting interviews we use the language of real people, not marketing jargon.
